The goal of the PMI ACP® prep course is to equip you with a good understanding of processes of agile project
management. You will learn agile project phases, its life cycle and stakeholder engagement. By the end of the course,
you will be able to use agile methodology in your workplace and attend the official certification on agile.

Damir Pleško, born 1966 in Zagreb, graduated from the University of Zagreb
at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, majoring in telecommunications and
informatics. Over twenty years held various roles in Oracle Corporation, most
of which are internationally known as Business Operations, Principal Critical
Accounts Manager and Top Accounts Manager for Europe, Middle East and
Africa (EMEA) and globally. The focus was on conducting internal corporate
projects and managing the coordination of the work of engineers, end-users,
partners, and stakeholders within the corporation, including executives in
addressing critical situations and challenges in the implementation of
customer projects. Currently, in the position of PMO Director of Verso Altima
Group, working on the implementation of customer projects, programs, and internal organization, procedures, and
The PMI ACP® exam is comprised of 120 multiple-choice questions. Of the 120 questions, 20 are pretest questions. Computer-based testing (CBT) and online-proctored test delivery are the standard methods of administration for PMI examinations.
